I redesigned the Getting Started Resource Center to transform it from a static collection of links into a clear, guided onboarding experience for new customers. My goal was to create a clearer, more intentional starting point—something that would reduce overwhelm for beginners and give them a direct path into AWS.
I restructured the content into focused categories aligned to user intent, such as getting started, learning fundamentals, exploring tutorials, or making service decisions. I also elevated hands-on tutorials—often the most effective way for beginners to make progress—so they were visible from the moment someone landed on the page.
The result is a modern, intuitive Getting Started experience that meets new users where they are. It replaces guesswork with clarity, surfaces the most helpful resources up front, and provides a more welcoming entry point for anyone taking their first steps on AWS.
